The Leadership Council is responsible for overseeing, ensuring, and participating in the development of (1) the church narrative (purpose, mission, values, strategic goals), (2) the annual budget, (3) the governing policies and position papers, (4) and the leadership development process for Leadership Council members, staff, and ministry leaders, including the process for mobilizing all members and attenders to be involved in the work of the church.
